Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Oklahoma Food Handler's permit
- At least six months of food service or retail food experience or equivalent education
- Preferred prior barista experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Oklahoma Food Handler's permit
- Six months of food service or retail food experience or demonstrated knowledge of food service through education
- Previous barista experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills and customer service awareness
- Ability to learn and apply barista techniques in specialty coffee preparation
Job Duties
- Greet customers politely and courteously, asking if they need help with drink choices or food selection
- Prepare specialty coffee, hot, cold, and frozen beverages in a timely manner
- Operate cash register accurately by processing cash, payroll deduct, credit and debit card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment according to Health Department standards
- Order food and supplies to meet demands of kiosk area
- Communicate equipment malfunctions or problems to management promptly
- Participate in cross-utilization of department personnel as needed
