Job Duties
- Prepares and serves hot and cold beverages such as coffee and tea to patrons
- Customizes orders according to customer requests
- Describes product details to customers
- Receives and processes customer payments
- Serves prepared foods and baked goods including sandwiches, biscotti, muffins, or bagels
- Ensures customer service stations are properly stocked with paper products and beverage preparation items
- Cleans and sanitizes equipment, utensils, dishes, and work areas
- Cleans and sanitizes service and seating areas
- Checks and ensures proper functioning of freezers, refrigerators, and heating equipment
- Stocks supplies or retail products
- Performs various other duties as assigned
