Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, days, weekends as needed
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to engage with customers and team members
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to stand and work on feet for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Greet and serve customers with a friendly attitude
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues
- Assist in training new team members
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure fast service
