Job Requirements
- SD food handler card permitted
- Ability to work 15+ hours a week
- Written, oral and verbal English proficiency is required
- Other language fluency is encouraged
- Includes some lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of items weighing up to 50lbs
- Ability to assist with setup, cleanup, stock work and special tasks as needed
- Successfully complete and uphold training requirements
- Reliable transportation and clear communication with team
- Commitment to punctuality and attendance
Job Qualifications
- Proficiency in written, oral and verbal English
- Ability to work 15+ hours a week
- SD food handler card permitted
- Knowledge of coffee brewing equipment including espresso machines and grinders is a plus
- Experience in baking or food preparation is beneficial
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain quality and customer service standards
Job Duties
- Engage with customers in a friendly and positive manner
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and ensure proper calibration and maintenance
- Prepare and bake cookies according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area including equipment and display cases
- Assist with setup, cleanup, and stock work
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
- Adhere to company policies and procedures including dress code and attendance
