Job Duties
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service
- Prepare coffee, espresso, beverages, and food according to food safety standards
- Operate espresso machines, café equipment, and POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness of front- and back-of-house areas
- Accurately handle cash, balance drawers, and close POS checks
- Restock supplies and rotate inventory using FIFO standards
- Complete closing duties, including full espresso bar and kitchen cleaning
- Prepare coffee and secure café, equipment, and deposits at close
