Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior barista or food service experience preferred
- Strong customer service communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of basic food preparation and beverage recipes including smoothies coffee and tea
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Professional and team-oriented approach

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests answering questions taking orders and ensuring overall satisfaction
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and food items including coffee tea smoothies sandwiches and salads while adhering to company standards for quality and presentation
- Handle cash and electronic payments accurately and assist at the register as needed
- Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment by wiping surfaces restocking supplies and following all health and safety guidelines
- Support overall cafe operations by assisting with stocking display upkeep and other tasks that contribute to smooth daily service
