- Must be able to pass an FBI background check
- Previous barista and/or cafe experience in brewing/crafting coffee beverages
- POS experience preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication and good organizational skills
- Flexibility to switch between locations and job duties
- High School Diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Make and serve specialty coffee, tea, and additional hot/cold beverages
- Greet and interact with customers while displaying a positive and friendly attitude
- Adhere to recipes and presentations for food and beverage items
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation, including sweeping and mopping floors, emptying trash cans, and cleaning grinders
- Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits
- Sell and serve baked goods and miscellaneous food items
- Maintain stock of the cafe's inventory
