Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- minimum of three months barista experience
- ability to handle stress and work under pressure
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to operate technical equipment including espresso machines
- capability to accurately handle and reconcile cash
- willingness to maintain cleanliness and safety
- ability to perform data entry on company computer
- ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
- ability to work independently

Job Duties
- Prepare hot and cold beverages
- prepare foods for sale
- accurately handle cash and reconcile change
- open and/or close the coffeehouse as scheduled
- maintain cleanliness in the coffeehouse and service areas
- deliver quality customer service at all times
- demonstrate thorough knowledge of coffeehouse products and menu information
