Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED a plus but not required
- Willingness to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation policies
- Commitment to punctuality and professional appearance
- Capability to complete opening and closing side work
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or server is a plus
- High school diploma or GED is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Greet guests in a timely manner with a professional friendly tone
- Provide attentive, efficient, friendly service
- Craft specialty coffee drinks and other beverages
- Willing to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays
- Complete all opening side work to prepare yourself for the shift
- Complete all closing side work at end of shift
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Follow all policies and procedures
- Responsible for personal hygiene, grooming, clean uniform, and professional appearance
- Responsible for punctuality when reporting to work, and clocking in only after being in full uniform
