Job Duties
- deliver an exceptional guest experience by connecting with customers and providing quality beverages and products
- exhibit professionalism and friendliness at all times
- be knowledgeable of all menu items and stay current on seasonal specials and new menu items while promoting and recommending options to customers
- maintain a clean and organized workspace by performing all cleaning, opening, and closing duties
- process all payment methods accurately
- maintain a neat and professional personal appearance as an ambassador of the establishment
- perform other duties as assigned
