- must be able to read, write, speak, and communicate effectively in English
- basic math and computer skills
- able to work a part-time schedule including evening shifts and every other weekend
- able to perform multitasking duties in a fast-paced environment

- able to maintain high safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- able to read, write, speak, and communicate effectively in English
- possess basic math and computer skills
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous food service experience preferred
- previous cash handling experience preferred
Job Duties
- produce a wide variety of intricate beverage recipes according to standardized recipes
- learn and retain beverage ingredients, measurements, and recipes
- work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
- multitask across duties including recipe production, cash handling, stocking, and sanitation
- operate and clean specialized kitchen equipment, troubleshoot equipment issues and refer to leadership if necessary
- identify ingredients or finished products that do not meet quality standards and correct issues
- maintain safety and sanitation standards of the work area
- prepare for semi-annual health department and regulatory inspections
- create personalized customer experiences and demonstrate product knowledge
- perform service recovery if products do not meet customer expectations
