Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year of customer service experience
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- capability to perform repetitive motions
- ability to bend, stoop, or kneel
- able to lift up to 40 pounds
- basic cash handling skills
- proficient in English communication
- willingness to comply with health and safety standards
- able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Must have one year of customer service experience
- preferred experience working in a high-volume coffee shop
- preferred previous cash handling experience
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions and correspondence
- ability to learn and maintain knowledge of certified coffee establishment products and procedures
Job Duties
- Provides exceptional customer service
- prepares and delivers quality beverages and food products following recipe and presentation standards
- operates a cash register and processes payments according to HMSHost policies
- keeps the store clean, stocked, and organized
- decorates customer display areas to meet brand standards
- follows operational policies including health, safety and security protocols
- assists with seating customers and maintaining inventory
