Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in barista or serving role preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to operate POS systems

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve espresso drinks, coffee, tea, and other cafe beverages
- Greet guests and provide attentive food and beverage service
- Take and deliver orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar, dining area, and service stations
- Operate POS system and handle payments accurately
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and service standards
- Support team members and hotel operations as needed
