Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience a plus
- ability to stand for extended periods
- excellent communication skills
- ability to handle money accurately
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to follow safety and operational procedures
- positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Duties
- Greet all guests with a smile while taking food and drink orders
- answer any questions and call guests by name
- provide and prepare quality beverages and food products consistently by adhering to recipe and presentation standards
- stay calm during high volume periods to keep the store operating properly and set a positive example
- operate a cash register and receive payment while following all brand and company customer service and cash handling policies
- keep the store clean, stocked, organized and decorate customer display areas
- act with integrity, honesty and knowledge to enhance the culture, values and mission of the brand and company while following all operational policies, including safety and security
