Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a food and beverage role preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including mornings, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- commitment to providing excellent customer service
- knowledge of food safety standards

Job Duties
- prepare and serve espresso drinks, coffee, tea, and other cafe beverages
- greet guests and provide attentive food and beverage service
- take and deliver orders accurately and in a timely manner
- maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar, dining area, and service stations
- operate POS system and handle payments accurately
- follow all food safety, sanitation, and service standards
- support team members and hotel operations as needed
