Job Requirements
- Must have one year of customer service experience
- excellent communication skills
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to lift up to 40 pounds

- ability to use hand dexterity for writing, grabbing, pulling, twisting, and shaking
Job Qualifications
- Has at least one year of customer service experience
- preferred experience in a high-volume coffee shop
- preferred previous cash handling experience
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions and policy documents
- ability to learn and maintain knowledge of coffee products and procedures
Job Duties
- Provides exceptional customer service
- prepares and delivers quality beverages and food products consistently
- operates a cash register and processes payments
- keeps the store clean, stocked, and organized
- follows operational policies and procedures including health and safety guidelines
- greets guests with a friendly disposition and thanks them for their order
- assists with maintaining inventory and stocking
