Job Duties
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Greeting, thanking and delivering excellent guest service
- Describe menu options and be knowledgeable about beverage products to make appropriate recommendations to guests
- Money handling, making change and handling credit card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas and equipment
- Follow all opening and closing procedures
