Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Food handler’s certification preferred
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve food, smoothies and juice according to established recipes and standards
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, upselling additional items as appropriate
- Operate blenders, juice machines, slicers, grill and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of working stations
- Monitor product levels and replenish supplies as needed to ensure availability and freshness
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service, engaging with guests to enhance their experience and address any concerns
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and hygienic workspace
