Job Requirements
- Ability to work morning shifts on varying days
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Must be team-oriented and adaptable
- No previous work experience required but preferred
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Ability to operate kitchen and coffee equipment safely
- Willingness to learn and follow fair-trade coffee preparation standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or beverage preparation role is an asset
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and reliable
- Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
Job Duties
- Greet customers, take orders, mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, cafe latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
- Record all sales, collect cash/credit card/electronic payments and operate a cash register
- Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms and preparation areas
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned depending on business needs and client requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the customer experience
