Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and politely
- basic math skills for handling payments
- ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greeting customers in a friendly manner and taking food and drink orders
- preparing and serving beverages ranging from simple to elaborate ones
- taking payment from customers
- maintaining inventory and equipment by cleaning, troubleshooting, and scheduling repairs
- keeping the work environment sanitary and organized
- evaluating and modifying processes to improve efficiency and quality of service
- arriving at office at 8:30 am to prepare cafe to open
- opening cafe at 9 am daily and closing at 1:30 pm
- assisting with cleanup of cafe daily at close
- ordering coffee supplies and other cafe supplies as necessary
- working with the cook on processing customer orders
- assisting with supplemental catering orders as necessary
