Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage preferred
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Greet all guests with a smile while taking food and drink orders
- Answer guest questions and thank them for their order
- Prepare quality beverages and food products consistently by adhering to recipe and presentation standards
- Maintain calm and efficiency during high volume periods
- Operate a cash register and process payments following HMSHost policies
- Keep the store clean, stocked, organized and decorated
- Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge to enhance company culture and follow operational policies including safety and security
