- ability to work varying shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- strong interpersonal skills
- reliable attendance and punctuality
- ability to perform physical tasks related to the job including standing for long periods and lifting moderate weight
- open availability preferred
- willingness to comply with safety and sanitation protocols
- authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- team-oriented mindset with adaptability and reliability
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
Job Duties
- Greet customers and take beverage and food orders
- mix and serve hot and cold beverages including coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, and fruit blend drinks
- operate cash registers and handle sales transactions including cash, credit card, and electronic payments
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms, and preparation zones
- attend scheduled shifts on time with reliable regularity
- follow safety and hygiene standards consistently
- perform additional duties as assigned based on client and business needs
