- Ability to create latte art
- Commitment to excellent guest service
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to address customer issues effectively
- Familiarity with POS Toast, Open Table, and Hot Schedules
- Flexible schedule and availability

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee and espresso beverages using manual machines
- Create latte art and maintain beverage quality
- Follow standards including steps of service, food safety, and sanitation
- Provide hospitable, accurate service and maintain knowledge of the menu
- Address customer issues promptly and convert challenges into positive outcomes
- Utilize technology systems including POS Toast, Open Table, and Hot Schedules
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
