Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to operate cash register and handle payments
- knowledge of beverage preparation and presentation
- strong team orientation and adaptability
- Starbucks Barista certification preferred at some locations
Job Duties
- Greet customers and take orders
- mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, cafe latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
- record all sales, collect cash, credit card, electronic payments and operate a cash register
- clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms and preparation areas
- attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
