Job Duties
- Lead and manage shifts to ensure efficient store operations and adherence to Starbucks standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly
- Support store management in executing store operations during scheduled shifts
- Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring stock is replenished and organized
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards within the store environment
- Assist in achieving sales goals and profitability targets by promoting products and services
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency
