Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of barista experience
- Ability to work full-time hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Coach and train team members on Barista Prepared Drinks and standards
- Liaise with management to plan and conduct Barista Prepared Drinks training
- Carry out coffee team briefs and attend relevant meetings and training courses
- Ensure all hot drinks training material is available and up to date
- Follow Pret's dress code and maintain immaculate presentation
- Engage positively with customers and team about Pret's Coffee Story and menu
- Serve drinks to the 60 seconds standard and communicate delays
- Create latte art to enhance customer experience
- Make Barista Prepared Drinks following Pret standards
- Maintain knowledge of Pret's drinks and quality standards
- Maintain barista equipment, cleanliness, and daily checks
- Perform log checks, thermometer calibration, and dribble tests
- Control waste and manage stock variances with manager
- Share weekly sales targets with the team and track sales mix
- Use promotional waste for sampling and recognizing regular customers
