- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Food handlers card required
- 1 to 2 years experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greets all customers promptly and courteously
- Serves foods from the serving line according to portion and appearance standard
- Carves portions of meat for individual service
- Cuts, plates and garnishes dessert items for service
- Sets up serving area
- Replaces supplies of self-service food items throughout service
- Stocks service area with beverages, food items, condiments and service ware
- Performs cashing duties and receives payment for food and beverage items
- Cleans and maintains serving area, equipment and serving counters
- Removes food at end of meal service and stores appropriately
- Documents required food item tracking, temperature monitoring log, or waste log track protocols
