- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, walking for long periods
- ability to operate cash register system

Job Duties
- Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools
- clean all equipment and areas
- lock doors
- set up, stock, and maintain work areas
- input orders into cash register system and collect payment from customers
- take orders, record in MICROS system and prepare food and coffee beverages
- ensure appliances are turned on/off at appropriate times
- bus coffee cart areas and tables
- clean dishes, utensils, work areas, tables and equipment throughout the day
- obtain change required for expected business level
- count bank at end of shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank
- follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
- report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
- complete safety training and certifications
- maintain clean and professional uniform and appearance
- uphold confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets
- welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- anticipate and address guest service needs
- assist individuals with disabilities
- thank guests with genuine appreciation
- use clear and professional language
- develop and maintain positive working relationships
- support team to reach common goals
- ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
- visually verify information in various formats
- inspect tools, equipment, or machines to identify defects
- perform physical activities including standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, grasping, turning, manipulating objects

- reach overhead and below knees including bending and twisting
- perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
