- food handlers card required
- availability to work evening shifts
- ability to stand for extended periods

- ability to follow food safety guidelines and protocols

Job Duties
- Greet all customers promptly and courteously
- serve foods from the serving line according to portion and appearance standards
- carve portions of meat for individual service
- cut, plate and garnish dessert items for service
- set up serving area
- replace supplies of self-service food items throughout service
- stock service area with beverages, food items, condiments and service ware
- cashier duties including receiving payment for food and beverage items
- clean and maintain serving area, equipment and serving counters
- remove food at end of meal service and store appropriately
- document required food item tracking, temperature monitoring log, or waste log track protocols
