Job Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso beverages using manual machines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Provide hospitable and accurate service in accordance with company standards
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Operate POS systems such as Toast, Open Table, and Hot Schedules accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow
