Job Requirements
- Flexible availability to work varying shifts
- Ability to greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Capability to operate cash registers and handle payments accurately
- Able to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in work areas
- Punctual and dependable with good attendance
- Willingness to perform assigned duties as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Qualifications
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Reliable and committed to maintaining a healthy and safe working environment
- Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
- No previous work experience required but preferred
Job Duties
- Greet customers, take orders, mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
- Record all sales, collect cash/credit card/electronic payments and operate a cash register
- Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms and preparation areas
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
