Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of previous serving experience in a full service environment preferably at a fast paced, high end restaurant, club, or resort
  • Knowledge of ServSafe, HACCP, and local food safety standards
  • Possesses or ability to obtain State Food Safety Certificate
  • Robust knowledge of wines and beverage
  • Extraordinary attention to detail, quality, and service

Job Duties

  • Crafting and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages focusing heavily on excellent customer service
  • Taking orders and handling payments accurately
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace with knowledge of recipes, equipment, and food safety
  • Providing exceptional service and communication with members, guests, and team members
  • Greeting all guests and members politely and promptly proactively anticipating needs
  • Presenting extensive knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparations, and specials making recommendations based on preferences or allergies
  • Entering all transactions into POS system and closing sales timely
  • Attending to food allergies and ensuring order accuracy before delivery
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas and completing daily stocking
  • Keeping the restaurant appearance consistent throughout the day
  • Completing daily opening and closing responsibilities in accordance with SOP
  • Conducting inventory of restaurant items as requested
  • Reporting maintenance and safety issues promptly
  • Properly handling and maintaining all equipment
  • Ensuring compliance with government, safety, health, and security standards
  • Performing any other duties as assigned
