Job Requirements

- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods

Job Duties
- Fulfill opening and closing tasks such as organizing provisions and equipment
- Clean all equipment and work areas
- Lock doors at closing
- Organize, stock, and maintain work areas
- Enter orders in the cash register system and collect payments from customers
- Take orders, enter them in the MICROS system, and prepare food and coffee
- Ensure appliances like coffee makers are turned on and off at appropriate times
- Clean tables and cafe cart areas
- Maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, work areas, tables, and equipment throughout the day
- Obtain necessary change for expected transaction levels
- Compute cashier reports at the end of shifts and resolve discrepancies
- Secure the cash register
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
- Complete required safety training and certifications
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and protect assets
- Support and treat coworkers with dignity and respect
- Contribute to team goals and quality assurance standards
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, reaching, standing, and moving through confined or elevated spaces
- Greet and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- Communicate clearly and professionally in person and on the phone
- Perform other reasonable tasks requested by supervisors
