Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- authorized to work in the United States
- able to stand for long periods (10 plus hours)
- able to safely lift and maneuver up to 20 pounds
- all required county food and alcohol serving certifications obtained before employment
- effective communication skills in predominant language(s) spoken by guests
- commitment to safety, cleanliness, and sanitation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience as a barista or bartender preferred
- knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- familiarity with POS systems
- ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
- food and alcohol serving certifications
- ability to work standing for long periods
- at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Accurately take beverage orders from guests and servers and record them in the POS system
- prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to the Snooze Beverage Doctrine
- create a welcoming experience by learning guest names and order preferences
- accept guest payment and process transactions
- maintain cleanliness of espresso and coffee equipment, counters, sinks, utensils, shelves, and storage areas
- receive and serve food orders to guests at the breakfast counter
- assist with restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies
