- Successful completion of high school or equivalent
- ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- strong customer service skills
- basic math skills for handling cash transactions

Job Duties
- Greet customers
- take orders
- mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
- record all sales and operate cash registers
- collect cash, credit card, and electronic payments
- clean coffee machines and restaurant areas
- maintain restrooms and preparation areas
- attend work on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
