Job Requirements

  • Successful completion of high school or equivalent
  • ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
  • strong customer service skills
  • basic math skills for handling cash transactions
  • good communication skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Greet customers
  • take orders
  • mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
  • record all sales and operate cash registers
  • collect cash, credit card, and electronic payments
  • clean coffee machines and restaurant areas
  • maintain restrooms and preparation areas
  • attend work on time with satisfactory regularity
  • perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
