Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- basic cash handling experience
- excellent communication skills
- ability to stand for prolonged periods
- must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Greet all guests with a smile while taking food and drink orders
- answer any questions from guests
- call guests by name and thank them for their order
- provide and prepare quality beverages and food products consistently by adhering to recipe and presentation standards
- maintain legendary customer service throughout the interaction
- stay calm during high volume periods to keep the store operating smoothly and set positive examples for the team
- operate a cash register and receive payment from guests following brand and HMSHost customer service and cash handling policies
- keep the store clean, stocked, organized, and decorate customer display areas
- act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge to enhance brand culture and follow operational policies including safety and security protocols
