Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Reliable with a commitment to workplace safety
- Previous experience preferred but not required
- Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
- Effective communication and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Greet customers and take beverage orders including coffee, espresso, cappuccino, cafe latte, tea, chai, and fruit blends
- Mix and serve hot and cold beverages
- Record all sales transactions and operate the cash register handling cash, credit card, and electronic payments
- Clean coffee machines, preparation areas, restaurant spaces, and restrooms
- Attend scheduled work shifts on time and maintain regular attendance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on client requirements
