Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work weekday shifts with open availability preferred
- previous customer service or food service experience preferred
- ability to operate cash registers and handle cash
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- commitment to punctuality and reliability
Job Qualifications
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- reliable with good attendance
- capable of nurturing a healthy and safe working environment
- no previous work experience required but preferred
- Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
Job Duties
- Greet customers and take orders
- mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, cafe latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
- record all sales and operate cash register including cash, credit card, electronic payments
- clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms and preparation areas
- attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- ensure all work areas are kept clean and glistening
- perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
