Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages with attention to quality and presentation
- relay knowledge of coffee and tea regions and flavor differences to customers
- take orders and communicate them to team members for preparation
- maintain inventory by replenishing coffee bean and food supplies and stocking brewing equipment
- control cash and process receipts following cash handling and reconciliation procedures
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area
- contribute positively to team dynamics and guest experience
