Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including any shift
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must comply with cash handling procedures
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Reliable with a commitment to health and safety
- No previous work experience required but preferred
- Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
Job Duties
- Greet customers and take orders
- Mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, cafe latte, tea, chai, and fruit blend drinks
- Record all sales and operate cash register including cash, credit card, and electronic payments
- Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms, and preparation areas
- Attend scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs and client requirements
