- previous food service or barista experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- able to work the specified part-time schedule
- capable of performing repetitive tasks
- good communication skills
- must comply with company drug-free workplace policy
Job Qualifications
- Previous food service or barista experience preferred
- ability to operate POS systems accurately
- knowledge of HACCP food safety standards
- basic arithmetic skills for handling payments
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to work part-time schedule Tuesday through Thursday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
Job Duties
- Prepares espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes
- enters orders accurately into POS device and accepts cash and charge payments
- replenishes condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area
- ensures proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of proper serving temperatures following HACCP standards
- maintains sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils
- greets customers courteously and interacts to ensure customer satisfaction
- cleans equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving the area
