Job Requirements
- Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods
- must occasionally lift or move up to 50 lbs, with assistance
- ability to work in moderate to high noise levels
- capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions
- availability to work at least 4 days per week including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or older
- prior Barista experience preferred
Job Duties
- Verify cash balance at the beginning and end of shift
- operate cash register accepting cash and credit cards
- advise lead cashier on cash needs and complete change requests
- set up venue and maintain clean, sanitized food service area
- process food and beverage orders and engage in upselling
- promote extraordinary guest service by answering questions and assisting guests
- demonstrate proper safety practices and maintain department standards
- balance cash drawers with accuracy and integrity
- assist guests with inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- collaborate with team to ensure efficient and secure cash-handling
- monitor and maintain a safe environment
- identify, de-escalate, and resolve conflicts
- provide welcoming experience for guests
- maintain trust and integrity
- perform other duties as assigned
