  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and math in English

Job Duties

  • Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service with a smile
  • Warmly greet and take guest orders within 30 seconds
  • Operate coffee-making equipment and maintain cleanliness
  • Prepare and present beverages according to established recipes
  • Accurately process payments including cash handling and point-of-sale transactions
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Assist with new team member training and support other restaurant areas as needed
