Job Duties
- Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service with a smile
- Warmly greet and take guest orders within 30 seconds
- Operate coffee-making equipment and maintain cleanliness
- Prepare and present beverages according to established recipes
- Accurately process payments including cash handling and point-of-sale transactions
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Assist with new team member training and support other restaurant areas as needed
