Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum of 17 years of age
- previous customer service experience in a food service environment preferred
- ability to learn quickly
- ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to work as part of a team
- ability to build relationships
- physical ability and stamina including ability to stoop, reach, lift equipment and supplies, and stand for long periods
- availability to work overtime and additional shifts when required
- adherence to health and safety standards

Job Duties
- Preparing hot and cold beverages to serve
- serving packaged and prepared foods
- compiling routine food orders
- receiving and putting away deliveries, cleaning, and sanitation
- operating computerized POS for transactions
- serving hot coffee and tea beverages
- using and operating all appropriate equipment
- reacting politely and quickly to requests, queries, issues, and grievances
- accepting cash and credit card transactions correctly, following proper funds practices
- displaying deep knowledge of all menu options
- following all applicable health and safety rules
- supporting Starbucks culture, values, and goals
- working under duress while maintaining a calm disposition
- keeping the business in good order and predicting customer demands
- cleaning, organizing, and stocking supplies and facility
