Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Prior Barista experience preferred
- Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs, occasionally with assistance
- Ability to work in moderate to high noise environments
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must be available to work at least 4 days per week including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak seasons

Job Duties
- Verify cash balance at the beginning and end of shift
- Operate cash register
- accept cash and credit cards
- Advise lead cashier on need for cash mid-days and complete change requests per established procedures
- Set up the venue, stock, clean, organize and maintain a clean sanitized food service area
- Process guests' food and beverage orders and up sell products
- Follow all food proper portioning procedures to maintain cost
- Promote and provide extraordinary guest service
- answer questions, offer information, and provide assistance in a courteous manner
- Understand and demonstrate the proper use of safety practices and ensure department standards are maintained
- Balance cash drawers with emphasis on accuracy, integrity, and adherence to cash-handling procedures
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, resolving complaints, and addressing concerns related to cash transactions
- Collaborate with team members and management to ensure efficient, compliant, and secure cash-handling processes
- Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for team members and guests
- Identify, de-escalate, and resolve conflicts professionally
- Provide a positive and welcoming experience for guests
- Maintain high trust and integrity to promote a safe and secure environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
