Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of coffee and tea preparation techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Customer-oriented attitude and proactive service approach

- Experience in coffee preparation or barista role preferred
- Knowledge of coffee and tea beverages and preparation methods

Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages including espresso, cappuccino, latte, Americano, and tea
- Provide excellent customer service and customize beverages to meet guests' preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe environment and equipment
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of coffee beans, tea, milk, and other supplies
- Take guest food and beverage orders using suggestive selling techniques when assigned
- Complete opening and closing side duties such as checking supplies, setting up stations, restocking, and cleaning
- Handle guest payments and adhere to cash handling procedures
