Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • previous cashier experience
  • prior customer service experience in food and beverage
  • previous kitchen food preparation experience
  • knowledge of coffee types
  • ability to operate kitchen equipment
  • professional appearance and demeanor

  • previous cashier experience required
  • previous kitchen "back line" food preparation experience is required
  • familiar with operating kitchen equipment such as a baking oven and electric knife
  • professional appearance and demeanor
  • strong knowledge of the various types of coffee is required
  • previous barista experience is required

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks that meet quality standards
  • properly handle and maintain all equipment
  • respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner
  • accurately handle cash and credit card payments, following appropriate cash-handling procedures
  • serve guests quickly and efficiently
  • demonstrate a thorough understanding of all menu offerings
  • observe relevant health and safety standards
