Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience in a food and beverage setting
- Previous cashier experience required
- Previous kitchen back line food preparation experience is required
- Familiar with operating kitchen equipment such as a baking oven and electric knife
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong knowledge of the various types of coffee is required
- Previous barista experience is required

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks that meet quality standards
- Properly handle and maintain all equipment
- Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner
- Accurately handle cash and credit card payments, following appropriate cash-handling procedures
- Serve guests quickly and efficiently
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all menu offerings
- Observe relevant health and safety standards
