Job Duties
- Greeting customers with a friendly demeanor
- sharing updates on food and beverage menus and answering customer questions about ingredients
- taking orders with attention to detail, including preferences for coffee blend, dairy, and sugar ratios
- performing day-to-day operations of the coffee stand, including food and beverage preparation and proper use of coffee equipment, and reporting any maintenance needs
- keeping the bar area clean and maintaining quality control of products
- complying with health and safety regulations
- handling cash and operating a POS system
