Job Duties
- Maintain a positive company image by providing courteous and efficient service with a smile
- greet and acknowledge guests promptly and take their orders within 30 seconds
- operate coffee making equipment and maintain cleanliness by dismantling and cleaning machinery as needed
- prepare and present beverages according to established recipe and presentation standards
- accurately process payments using the point-of-sale system and handle cash and card transactions compliant with company policies
- respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly while enlisting managerial assistance when necessary
- assist with new team member training and support other restaurant areas as requested
- maintain a clean and organized, hazard-free work environment
- comply with all local, state, and federal laws including food safety regulations
