Job Requirements

  • food and beverage experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Maintain a positive company image by providing courteous and efficient service with a smile
  • greet and acknowledge guests promptly and take their orders within 30 seconds
  • operate coffee making equipment and maintain cleanliness by dismantling and cleaning machinery as needed
  • prepare and present beverages according to established recipe and presentation standards
  • accurately process payments using the point-of-sale system and handle cash and card transactions compliant with company policies
  • respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly while enlisting managerial assistance when necessary
  • assist with new team member training and support other restaurant areas as requested
  • maintain a clean and organized, hazard-free work environment
  • comply with all local, state, and federal laws including food safety regulations
